We took soooooooo many photos in New Zealand. Here’s the final batch.

Did I tell you we went to an ice bar? It was constructed of blocks of ice, but truth be told it was inside some type of structure (which I think is kinda cheating). We knew it was overpriced and touristy, but we didn’t care. Nicola liked having a “drink” too.
They give you jackets and gloves to wear and the lights change every couple of minutes.
It was fun looking at all the sculptures and our glasses were even made out of ice. (They warned us to hold them with both hands. And I did because I didn’t want to be that girl.)
Below is the bar’s trash bin to toss your “glass” in. Zero waste—I love it!
There was also a circus in town! So we booked last minute tickets. It was freezing cold inside. I’m glad we went to an early show because we could see our breath by the end of the performance!
Here’s a clip from the last act. A whole lotta people hopped on one bike and rode it around.
In Milford Sound, we saw keas. They are rather large birds that like to peck at cars.
The roads are narrow and we had to wait at one spot until the oncoming cars made it through a tunnel. Then the keas came out of nowhere and just waited on the road. Eventually, one of the RVs tossed them some food. This made us happy and sad all at the same time.

The end. We’ll be back in New Zealand in several weeks when we make our way back to Boulder for good! Yippee!
